During this time, he mastered the complexities of EHR systems and successfully optimized internal workflows.

Fueled by a passion for systems, problem-solving, and meaningful impact, Chris went on to found CHS Business Solutions, a company dedicated to simplifying and streamlining EHR/EMR platforms for behavioral health organizations. With a deep understanding of both clinical operations and technical systems, he now partners with agencies to enhance their workflows and infrastructure—strategically aligning technology with business goals to support sustainable growth and improved care delivery.

With over 20 years of experience in medical billing across both nonprofit and for-profit sectors, Lucia Aviles brings comprehensive expertise in EHR systems, clearinghouses, and billing software platforms. Her background spans all billing types, payers, and provider specialties, making her a highly skilled and versatile billing professional.

Lucia’s approach is straightforward and effective: she streamlines workflows, provides targeted training, and reviews systems to reduce denials and maximize revenue. Joe Bricher brings over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a specialized focus on EMR systems. His expertise spans billing, system administration, and report development, underpinned by a strong foundation in Oracle SQL and Pentaho coding. Within the Carelogic platform, Joe has created more than 200 custom reports, each designed to deliver actionable insights and support key business decisions.
