CHS Business Solutions, LLC ("CHS," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information our website collects, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information. This policy applies only to our website at https://www.chealthsystems.com/ and does not apply to information we handle on behalf of clients in the course of our consulting services.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
CHS does not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI), payment card information, or Social Security numbers through this website. Any client data CHS accesses in the course of providing EHR consulting services (e.g., CareLogic system optimization, revenue cycle management) is handled under separate Business Associate Agreements and is governed by our internal HIPAA policies and procedures — not by this website.
2. Information We Collect
Newsletter Sign-Up. Our website links to a Constant Contact sign-up form for the CHS Practical Perspective newsletter. If you choose to sign up, your name and email address are collected and stored directly by Constant Contact, a third-party email service provider. CHS does not independently store this information outside of the Constant Contact platform. Your use of that sign-up form is subject to Constant Contact's Privacy Policy.
Contact Form. Our website (hosted on Squarespace) includes a "Contact Us" form where you may submit your first name, last name, email address, and a message. This information is collected and processed through Squarespace's form functionality and is used by CHS to respond to your inquiry. Your submission is subject to Squarespace's Privacy Policy in addition to this policy.
EHR System Scorecard. Our website links to an "EHR System Scorecard" hosted on Tally (tally.so), a third-party survey platform. If you choose to complete the Scorecard, your multiple-choice responses about your organization's EHR system are collected by Tally, and, if you elect to submit your results, are shared with CHS so that we may follow up regarding how CHS might assist you. Your use of the Scorecard is subject to Tally's Privacy Policy in addition to this policy.
Contact Information Generally. If you contact CHS directly by email or phone, we retain the information you provide (such as your name, organization, email address, or phone number) in order to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, to conduct business with you.
Google Analytics. Our website uses Google Analytics to evaluate website performance, improve functionality, and enhance the user experience. Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed and general device/location information. To prevent Google Analytics from using your activity data, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You may also manage analytics cookies through your browser’s cookie settings.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:

You may unsubscribe from the CHS newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each Constant Contact email, or by contacting us directly.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
